New Delhi – Sindhu Joy who became a TV star through the popular tv Reality Show Malayalee house will now become the News Presenter. Yesterday she made her debut in the Surya TV Political show as the SFI Theepori Leader. In 2008 She has been selected as a Left democratic Front candidate to contest against Chief Minister Oommen chandy. . She also contested for the post of Member of Parliament against Central Minister K.V Thomas in 2009 in Lok sabha elections from Ernakulum constituency but lost .
Later after resigning from CPI(M) she joined Indian National congress and also campaigned for them. Later she left congress also and participated in the popular Malayalam reality show Malayalee House. Even though She expressed her desire to re join the CPM , did not get approval from the party. Now she will be seen in TV Show as a news presenter. She has completed PHD from the Kerala University. She also hold a Post Graduate Diploma in Journalism
