New Delhi : Supreme Court Judge Justice K.S Radhakrishan , who heard the Sahara Case Said that he has gone through so much of pressure , tension and strain during this case. The pressure he has undergone while dealing with the case is unimaginable and it is also been reflected on his wife and family members. The case is so complicated . He was addressing the legal fraternity at his farewell function hosted for his honor by a group of Lawyers in Delhi. He also said that since the case is still under the consideration of the court , he don’t want to speak much about this matter. The Justice Radhakrishanan was one among the two member bench who has heard the case Involving Sahara Group Chief Subrata Roy and two other directors for failing to abide by the supreme courts order to refund Rs 20,000 Crore of Investors Money.
Presently he is in Tihar Jail. The apex court has said that Roy would be Freed on Bail only if he pays Rs 5000 crore in Cash and bank guarantee for Rs.5000 crore . The judge got retired on May 14th. The verdict on Reservation for the Transgenders is one among the prominent verdicts given by him.
