Thiruvananthapuram: If fails to pay the money taken in fraud from Rasik Ali of Manakkad,the court gave order to recover it attaching the residence of Shalu Menon.The order is from Trivandrum Sub Court on the petition filed by Rasik Ali.The order is to attach the property at Changanacherry if money is not paid within 25 days.
It is on the promise to give Solar fields at Muppanthal of Tamil Nadu ,that Biju took 75 lakhs from Rasik Ali.The petition says Biju has introduced Shalu as his wife and executive director of Swiss Solar.
Biju Radhakrishhnan, Shalu Menon ,her mother Kaladevi are the opponents in the petition. Bank statements evidencing them receiving the 60 lakhs also had been attached to the petition.
