According to the reports he has decided to release his films only for festival seasons. If the sources are to be believed then the superstar will definitely become selective in his projects. Not only that his films would get released only during the festival seasons. The actor has made this decision due to the poor performance of his recent releases and with this result the superstar is upset.
His film Drishyam has achieved success in the box office. It created magic and went on to become the second highest grosser blockbuster film in Malayalam films . Later releases Mr Fraud and Koothara did not perform well. Peruchazhi which is running in the theaters was an average grosser in the box office. So based on this new decision , his upcoming project Laila Oh Laila would get released on Christmas and Satyan Anthikad directed Mohanlal Starrer, would reach theaters during Vishu. Manju Warrier will play the female protagonist in the film.
