Viacom 18 Production company has filed a case against BR films at Bombay High Court. The company has sued BR Films for Rs 20 crore as compensation, allegedly for failing to abide by an agreement that was signed in the past. In 2007 Viacom 18 had collaborated with BR films for two films and even paid Rs. 10 crore for the same. But the films never got released and saw the light of the day. In order to return the borrowed amount BR chopra the decided to opt for a mutual agreement with Viacom 18. Apparently when the production house refused to acknowledge the agreement they have gone for the legal procedure. Bhootnath Returns is slated to release on April 11 and Mr. Amithab Bachchan is playing the Lead role in the film
