Trivandrum: The complainant in the Thettayil sexual assault case said, the most critical evidence against the accused is missing. The laptop and the web camera used to capture the scenes of the sexual encounter have gone missing. This was disclosed to the interrogators by the lady. The interrogators have said that the CD produced is an edited one. Without the critical evidence, the case cannot go ahead further. It’s also heard that the complainant lady is not in a mental state that permits her to interact with the police.
