Kochi: The charges cannot be reduced on electricity but there may not be power cut or load shedding this year says Minister Aaryaadan Muhammed. Electricity Department is in loss this year too but it is comparatively less to last year. If at all, all the dams are full in water, the situation warrant for purchase of electricity from outside said the minister.
