Trivandrum: The solar scam complainant Sreedharan Nair’s secret statement in the court will not be taken as an evidence, said Thiruvanchoor Radhakrishnan. The enquiry in the solar scam case is going in the right direction. Whoever does the wrong he will not be spared. Sreedharan Nair’s statement against the chief minister has to be examined first, to take a final decision. For this, the credibility of the complainant has to be established first. He was replying to the opposition demand for action to be taken on the statement by the complainant. After hearing this reply the opposition created an uproar in the assembly. Kodiyeri Balakrishnan said, the home minister was giving a clear message to the enquiry team by saying that the secret statement given under the existing rules is not an evidence.
