Today Thangameenkal was screened in International Film Festival of India, Goa, in the Indian Panorama section. Inox theatre was houseful with audience from various parts of the world. Thangameenkal will be screened again on 29th November. Being the only Tamil film selected in Indian Panorama, a proud red carpet welcome was given to the cast & crew of Thangameenkal.
Director Ram, Producer J. Satish Kumar, Artists Padmapriya & Shelly Kishore was felicitated before the screening. Director Ram started off his speech with the famous quote from the movie "'makalkalaip petra appakkalukku mattum thaan theriyum mutham kamathil serthanthu illaiyentru."
"I am happy that Thangameenkal gave me an opportunity to talk in Tamil here," Director Ram said while addressing the audience before the screening.
