Kozhikkode:In T.P.Chandrasekharan Murder case,including the CPM Kannur District Secretariat member Karayi Rajan,20 accused are freed by the Court. The Special Court at Eranjippalam of Kozhikkode,because of lack of proper evidence and witness in the case, found these 20 are not guilty and hence freed.SFI Kannore District Secretory Sarin Sasi is also there . The Counsel for the accused pleaded for the release of 24 accused before thee final decision. Among this 24,20 are freed today.In the case 54 witnesses changed there side during the hearing .
Among the accused 26th in the list Rajan ,24th E.M Shaji,15th Ajesh,32nd C.M Sunithan,34th Papputty,35th Shobi,38th Roshith,40th C.Rajan,43rd Kumaran, 44th P.Valsan,44th P.C Lalu,46th K. Anil Kumar,47th Ragish,51th Shimjith,55th Shyamjith,56th Sarin Sasi,57th Ashokan,59th Nanappan,75th Mukundan,and 76th Dhaneesh are the released.
