The film Release of Gulab Gang in which Madhuri Dixit and Juhi Plays the Important role has been stayed by the Delhi High Court. The court has stayed the screening based on the plea filed by Activist Sampat Pal who claims that the film is based on her story. She had argued that the makers don’t have a permission to make a film on her life. In the complained she claimed that the film contains defamatory content which would badly affect her reputation.
The film is slated to release on March 7th. The film is directed by Soumik Sen and produced by Anubhav Sinha.
