Solar Issue: No Discussions with Government: Chief Minister Will Be Blocked


Thiruvananthapuram:LDF decided not to participate in any discussions with government about the judicial inquiry on solar issues.The meeting also agreed to block the chief minister attending public functions till he offer resignation.
The Siege conducted by LDF asking the chief minister to resign on solar issues,is evaluated by the LDF meeting,as an incomparable mode of protest in history said Convener Vaikom Viswan.
The government decided to go for Judicial Inquiry because of the pressure by the Siege.It was the victory of Siege.That is the reason for withdrawing the Siege.If LDF is not taking such a move,those who love LDF will not forgive.But we thought,following the declaration of Judicial Inquiry,Oommen Chandy will resign.But at the situation that he is continuing,LDF will boycott all his public functions with the participation of people.
In order to decide on what other mode of protests are to be taken against the chief minister,there will be another meeting on 12th of September.For explaining the achievements on Siege,meetings will be conducted in all the districts,decided the LDF meeting.Opposition leader V.S Achuthanandan chaired the meeting.
