Thiruvananthapuram: The new allegation against the main accused in Solar case,that,Biju Radhakrishnan and Saritha Nair had telephone conversation.While returning from Thalassery Principal Sessions Court, within the Edakkad Police Station Limit that they had telephonic conversation.Investigation officer DyS.P K.S Sudarshan gave his phone for their use.
At the same time DyS.P says as per the court instruction he gave only the opportunity for them to contact the advocates . Allegation also says while Biju and Saritha were talking to each other the Police got down from the jeep to make it convenient for them to talk.Kannur Special Branch had started the inquiry.
