Kochi: The basic plan for the first building of the Smart City will be ready in a week. The meeting to assess the progress of the Smart City will take place next week. The final decision on the plan will be taken at the meeting in the presence of Abdul Lathif Almulla. The Canadian based company ‘B plus H’ is entrusted with the job of preparing the plan.
