Shamna Kasim began her career in malayalam industry and is now famous in other languages. Shamna who presented the character Julie in the remake of the movie ‘Chattakari’ got many offers from Tamil, Telungu and Kannada. Shamna came to the limelight through a television reality show and she tells that she is happy working with the Television programs rather than the movies.
Shamna is now acting in the movie ‘Mili’ directed by Rajesh Pillai. In this movie Amala Paul and Nivin Pauly are in the lead roles and Shamna is the second heroine. Shamna has the role of a very modern girl in the movie. She also said that but in real life she is very simple and uses only minimal make up.
