Case registered against Jose Thettayil and son for sexual abuse.

Aluva: A case under non-bailable section has been registered against the former minister Jose Thettayil MLA for sexual abuse. Jose Thettayil is the first accused and his son Adarsh the second accused. The case is filed by a lady from Manjapra in Ankamali. Video pictures also have been submitted along with, as evidence by the lady.
With the promise of marriage, Adarsh was exploiting her sexually. When he went back on his promise, Jose Thettayil interfered assured her of making him marry.Utilising this situation he too started abusing her sexually.
The Home minister Thiruvanchoor Radhakrishnan in a statement said the case will be enquired into by the Eranakulam crime branch SP Agitha Begam Sulthan.

Sexual abuse allegations against the former minister Jose Thettayil.

Aluva: A lady from Ankamali has filed a complaint of sexual abuse against the former Transport Minister Jose Thettayil at the Aluva Police station. A similar complaint was lodged against him before also. But due to lack of specific evidence the case was rejected. This time the lady has produced video graphic evidence along with the complaint. The allegation is against Jose Thettayil and his son. On the basis of her statement the police have registered a case.
