After the movie Daya, in another film directed by camera man Venu, Rima Kallunkal will don the role of a media person. The movie with Mammootty as the hero is yet o be named. Mammootty is donning an accused released from jail. Rema had acted with Mammootty in Kamath & Kamath, Baavoottiyude Naamathil etc..

Nedumudi, Joy Mathew, Sasi Kumar are the co-actors. Story is by R Unni and the movie is produced by director Renjith. Venu was the camera man of the previous two films produced by Renjith, Pranchiyettan and the saints, Spirit. The movie Daya was directed by Venu in 1998 with Manju Warrior as the centre actress and he was awarded the best new comer director award by the state.
