Kochi: The Crime Branch is going to take a statement again from the lady who complained against Jose Thettayil, MLA about the sexual assault committed by him. Crime Branch SP Ajitha Begam Sulthana is the leader or the enquiry team. The lady from Manjapra, Ankamali accused Jose Thettayil and his son of assaulting her sexually several times. As per the FIR registered by the Aluva police, Jose Thettayil is the first accused ant the son Adarsh the second accused.
Since Jose Thettayil is not resigning from the MLA’s post his arrest will not be there soon. Jose Thettayil is already on the move to file an anticipatory bail petition.
