New Delhi : Election commission has told that it is not scared of any political party or any entity . It will do its job without any fear . Chief Election Commissioner V S Sampath had pointed out Election commission is a constitutional body with the powers to fulfill its obligations boldly and fairly.
He sternly asked the political leaders to use proper discourse while referring to the Constitutional Body like the EC in future and said that the political parties and the leaders have to show greater maturity before criticizing and sweeping harsh allegations against the election commission.
Will not allow any one to question the Commissions Credibility, neutrality and Impartiality . Commission is the body created under the constitution and one of the pillars of democracy. Constitution has give enough powder to the commission to perform its duties

The commission has clarified that BJP’s accusation against Varanasi District Magistrate will be investigated. Will ask for the factual report from The congress Vice President Rahul Gandhi for violating the rules by going to the polling area inside some booths in his constituency.
A press conference was called hurriedly by the chief election commission following the accusation by Narendra Modi and BJP against Election commission.
