Kumaly: The rising water level in Mullaperiyar Dam is a matter of serious concern says Minister P.J Joseph. There is water in the dam much more what is diverted to Tamil Nadu and more water is flowing into the dam too. Officers are instructed to be more alert about security measures he said. Rising water level also has increased water leakages from different areas.
