For the new upcoming film of Jithu Joseph, they got heroine to act opposite Mohanlal. There were several news reported earlier about the heroine who will be playing opposite Mohanlal and the last report was that Simran will play the lead role against Mohanlal But because of date issues she backed out of the project. Now it is reported that Meena got finalized for the role. Mohanlal will be playing the role of a village man. Meena will play the role of his wife and the mother of two children. Earlier the film was named as My family but later changed to “Drishyam” . Jithu Josephs other films are Mummy and Me, My Boss, and Memories.
