Manju Warrier, the blessed actress who was in her hibernating stage for 14 years, came back to the media through an advertisement co- starring with the Big-B, Amitabh Bachan. Later she acted with Aishwarya Rai Bachan. With this Manju raised her remuneration to 50 lakhs when the usual remuneration of the actresses are from 25 to 40 lakhs. The producers now opine that there is no need to pay Manju such high remuneration when there are many talented actresses who demand less. The film industry is quite troubled with the satelite distribution issue and the producers can not afford to pay 50 lakhs for the mere presence of Manju in their ad.
