Lekha Washington To Play the Female Lead Role in the Upcoming Tamil project of Cinematographer – turned film maker Santhosh Sivan. This film will be the next film of Santhosh Sivan after Ceylon. He announced his next project while his bilingual film Ceylon is getting ready for its release. Santhosh has not yet named his new film. He just informed that the production for the film will be started after finishing the post production works of Lingusamy’s new release and the film will have Lekha Washington playing the female lead.
In the meantime Lekha revealed that she is quite excited to work with Sathosh and she cant reveal much about the project as she recently met him and have discussed about the project. Lekha will be seen playing the lead after the film Kalyana Samayal Sadam. In 1999 she entered the film in a guest role through the Tamil film Kadalar Dinam. After that she has become heroine in so many Tamil ad Telugu films. She also got the best actress in supporting role.
