Thodupuzha: In the land slide during the rescue operations four people died in Cheeyappara. The bodies of four are recovered from the debris. Joshi (31), Devikulam Taluk office driver Rajan (32), ten year old boy who is from Aanaviratti and an unidentified man are the dead. Many are missing. The landslide caused the damage.
Soil fell on to the top of vehicles and shop , on land slide. Including a minibus ,almost 10 vehicles are destroyed says the witness to incident.
More than 10 shops have damage. Assumed that more than 50 are under the soil. bad weather are effecting the rescue operations.
