Kottayam – Chief Minister Oommen Chandy Says that if there were any truth in the allegations and accusations made against him, he would have resigned. He said for the past couple of months the Media is spreading accusations against him . If there were any truth on these allegations, then he is not fit to sit in the chair of the Chief Minister.
He also said that before spreading this kind of serious allegations the media should also try to find out the truth behind it . He also added that he continues in the post as a justification of truth. He said this while inaugurating the Kerala Union Of working Journalists State Conference.
Some LDF workers tried to trespass to the venue by chanting slogans. When police intervened they staged a Dharna in front of the hall as protest.
