Actress Huma Qureshi who entered the films with the film Gangs of Wassepur yet again bagged a meaty role opposite John Abraham. Both Huma and John is teaming up for the first time in the film titled ‘Mumbai Saga’ which is directed by Sanjay Gupta who is famous for making serious films with gritty subjects. The film is based on the under world and politicians during the period of 1980’s. It is said to revolve around the deep rooted web of underworld, politicians, police and mill owners. John will be playing the underworld don with grey touch. Anil Kapoor is also playing an important role in the film. He will play a politician and his character is loosely based on Late Bal Thackeray.
