The grand finale of Twister Mitsui Shoji t-20 League season-5 was on best at Mumbai Police Gymkhana Marine Lines last evening. Ghatkopar Jets caption Ajankya Belose won the toss and elected to field first.
Batting first Mumbai police City Riders scored 175 runs in 19.2 overs. Kevin Almeda scored 38 runs. Shahid Shaikh scored 56 runs. in reply Swapnil Pradhan and Sarwesh Damle scored 64 and 71 runs and won the match for Ghatkoper.. Sarvesh Damle won the mega finale of Mumbai biggest-20 t-20 league.
Former captain of Indian cricket team Dilip Vengsarkar was the chief guest of the tournament along with Sagar Parekh (Director, Sagar Samir International), Jwala Singh (Founder, Mitsui Shojit-20 League), Kalpana Poddar from Twister, ex BJP MLA Abhiram Singh gave away the prizes.
