Kochi: The decision on the bail application by Joppan,the former personal staff member of Chief Minister will be made by the High Court today.Government had informed the court earlier that there is no objection in allowing him bail under restrictive conditions.
The government had put the restriction that he should not be allowed to leave the Puthoor police station limits.On this the court had asked the special investigation team to submit the case diary.Also Justice Satheeshchandran gave instruction to explain on the situation that warranted a special team for investigation.
