Thiruvananthapuram:It is better the ADGP Hemachandran to leave the job than becoming the laundry bearer for the frauds by Chief Minister;says V.S Achuthanandan.The opposition had raised allegation that the government,police and the inquiry team leader ADGP Hemachandran are trying to oust the solar case.And V.S says the explanation given by ADGP before the High court,is supporting the allegation.
Hemachandran is systematically following the foot steps of the chief minister who does fraud and gives fraudulent statements.The explanation given to the Court is completely wrong.Hemachandran’s version is that Sreedharan Nair who gave the complaint had given the statement as he doesnt think that Chief Minister has any role in Solar issue.Also he says in his explanation that the gunman Salim Raj and personal staff Jikkumon are not involved in the case.
But as per section 164,Sreedharan Nair gave statement before the Magistrate and had repeated the same before the police.On Thursday also he said in public that the explanation by ADGP is against the facts.
Before the public who are seeing and hearing all this,ADGP is making himself a laughing stock by saying lies before the Court to save his master.Hemachandran being an obedient servant to Chief Minister ,had disgraced the position and decency of the IPS Officer; said V.S in his statement.
