Kochi: The government informed the Court that for Joppan the former P.A of Chief minister can be allowed bail under conditions. The statement was made by Advocate General for government. The Court will hear on the bail petition on 16th August.
High Court criticized the Pathanamthitta Magistrate Court’s order extending the remand of Joppan for 30 days.last day the High Court has asked for thee details on the progress of inquiry on the case.It is following this that the Advocate General gave these details in writing to Court today.
