Asin will be the heroine for Abhishek Bachchan in ‘Mere Apne’ being produced by Bhooshan Kumar. Asin got the offeer after considering many others for the role. The fil will be directed by Umesh Shukla who was the director for ‘Oh My God” (OMG). In the film the father role will be done by Rishi Kapoor.Last year in Bole Bachchan Bole Asin acted as sister of Abhishek.
