Chief Minister Oommen Chandy said he is open to any decision by the High Command.Till the next parliament election the present system will continue and he also agrees to the decision taken by Ramesh Chennithala ;He said. The party and Congress will move forward in full unity.He was responding to the media on the failure of reshuffle including Ramesh to the ministry.
