After Yoga Lissy is now in Kalari

Actress Lissy is still young. It is because of her regular exercise. First it was kalari and she has become an expert in it now she is sharing the good qualities of yoga with her fans. She has posted a picture of her’s doing yoga in her official Facebook page.
Lissy says that whether it is walking, kalari or yoga, if you practice it daily without break, then it is good for health and it will keep our body fresh. Earlier she has posted a picture of hers practicing kalari in Pondichery ashram. She says that kalari will give lot of health benefits.
