During the Election Campaign BJP had slogan Ache din Aane Wala Hai… The Good Days are coming. But now Acha din is coming in Malayalam also. This time It is not in politics but in film. This film ‘Acha Din would be new project of the director G Marthandan of Daivathinte Swantham Cleetus fame. It is not at all related with the BJP or Prime Minister Narendra Modi. Marthandan and Mammootty had previously joined hands for “Daivathinte Swantham Cleetus” in 2013. And in the new project also Marthandan would cast his debut film lead Mega star Mammootty. We have seen Mammootty’s excellent performance in cleeutus. But Marthandan is not ready to reveal the other details of the new film.
This would be a family entertainer. The other star cast of the film is not yet finalized. The script of the film Acha Din is also scripted by AC Vigeesh who had earlier wrote screenplay for Mammootty film Imanuel. It is reported that the film shoot will commence in February.
