Manisha returns from U.S.after a successful treatment of her cancer. For about an year she underwent treatment in a New York hospital for cervical cancer. Now she has announced her return to her fans through ‘twitter’. She is confident that she is free from everything and would be able to lead a normal life back in India.
It was during the shooting of Lenin Rajendran’s ‘Edavapathy’ that she fell sick. And Lenin is hopefully waiting for her return, to complete his half-done picture.
A native of Nepal, Manisha came to Bollywood in 1991. She acted as the leading lady in many Hindi and Tamil movies. Ram Gopal Varma’s ‘Bhooth returns’ is her last movie.
