Thiruvananthapuram: The Muslim League cautioned the Government to improve rule, amidst the chaos of the Solar scam controversy.  The League stated that they will survive with their party strength, even without being a part of the Government. Hence there needs to be an immediate intervening of the High Command, to discuss the state of affairs in Kerala, and bring about a solution to the present problems.  Otherwise, there will be a major catastrophe in the Kerala Government, said the Muslim League General Secretary, Shri Kunjali Kutty.  Shri Kunjali Kutty also hinted that the High Command had already given their stand, and that the Muslim League is capable enough to stand on its own.

He also stated that as Chief Minister, Shri Oommen Chandy has the complete support of the League.  The Congress has the authority to decide who will stay on power, and league will abide by that decision.  The League has no intention to withdraw its support or step down from the Government, at present.  He also stated that KPCC President Shri Ramesh Chennithala’s statement earlier this morning, hints on a positive note that everything is coming back to normal in the party.
