Voices from the Waters , The International Traveling Film Festival On water . Kicked off at the National Gallery of Modern Art inaugurated by Eminent Water Conservation Activist and the Recipient of Magsaysay Award winner Rajendra Singh, The other guests were Kanada film director TS Nagabharana ,and Himanashu Thakkar.
. The inaugural film screened will be the Canadian film “Damocracy.” The Director of the film is Todd Southgate. The other films screened are the Chinese film “Up the Yangzi” and Mexican film “ A River Run Through Us” The film festival on water will start on August 30 and go on till September 1 and 37 documentaries will be screened.
