Unnecessary agitations and controversies are the hindrance for the development – Chief Minister


Thiruvanthapuram: Chief Minister Oommen Chandy told that unnecessary agitations and the controversies make a huge hindrance to the development of the state. He said this while he was delivering the Speech after unfolding the flag on the Independence day held at Thiruvanthapuram Central stadium. Since we realized that nothing can be achieved with this and we need to utilise our energy into the development of the state. He told with the implementation of hundreds of policies including Kochi Metro and Smart City, our dream of New Kerala will come true.

The chief minister announced that the government would provide Start Up kits which include smart phones for encouraging them to learn information technology. Also a model residential school would be started for Tribal students.
