Trivandrum: Home minister Thiruvanchoor Radhakrishnan admitted that he had been to Shalu Menon’s for her house warming ceremony. Shalu had not invited him. He went there at the request of his colleagues. He found there CPM and BJP leaders too. He has made it a practice to go to such functions when invited. He never tries to find out if the host is an accused in any case. He had spent a couple of minutes at Shalu Menon’s. Only the enquiry team has the authority to decide whom to arrest, depending on the evidence available. So they will decide whether to arrest Shalu or not.
