New Delhi:Chief Minister Oommen Chandy said the judicial inquiry on Solar issues can be started at the earliest.It can be started immediately on having a sitting Judge.Though the High Court had informed it is difficult to get the service of a sitting judge, had requested to the Chief Justice in person to review the decision.
On the question that whether the high command permission is sought for including the office of Chief Minister in the scope of inquiry , Chief Minister did not give a clear reply. The Chief Minister had discussions with Defense Minister A.K Antony,Political Adviser to Congress president Sonia Gandhi Ahammed Patel and General Secretory Mukul Vasnik.
Sonia Gandhi and Rahul Gandhi are in US for the medical treatment of Sonia Gandhi.The Government have nothing to hide. Those who did the mistake are to be brought before the Law. He is having an open approach in every issues including those are in consideration;said the Chief Minister but did not give any direct answer for the question on including his office within the scope of judicial inquiry.
