Mithun Manuel who has scripted the film Om Shanti Oshana is coming with another project titled Aadu. He will write the script and direct the film. The film will be produced by Vijay Babu and Sandra Thomas under the banter of Friday Film House. This would be a comedy film which will have a dog and a goat appears through out the film.
Jayasurya will be playing the central character Shaji Pappan. Honey Rose and Srinda would be playing the female lead. Sunny Wayne, Ranji Panikkar, Vijay Babu, Sudheer Karamana, Saiju, Chemban Vinod, Sandra Thomas, Vinayakan , Bhagat Manuel, Nelson, Biju Kuttan, Neeraj, Dharmajan Bolghati, Sudhi Koppa Sajid awill play the other important characters in the film. The music is by Shaan Rahman. Cinematography is by Vishnu Sharma, P.R.O Vazhoor Jose. The shoot of the film will be started by 1st November in the surroundings of Idukki. The film will be distributed by Friday Release.
