Trivandrum: Shalu Menon arrested in the solar scam has been remanded to judicial custody till Monday. This order is passed by the first class Judicial Magistrate Court. The demand from the police for Shalu’s custody will be considered by the court on Monday. The prosecution wants both Shalu and Biju Radhakrishnan to be questioned further. Shalu has been sent to the Attakulangara womens’ jail in Trivandrum. Advocate V Jinachandran appeared on behalf of Shalu in the court. He informed the court that Shalu Menon has a high star value and hence she could be presented before the court any time.
