Chief Judicial Magistrate court has dismissed the charge sheet filed by CBI in connection with the death of the Former secretary of Malabar cements Saseendran.
Ernakulam CJM court has told that the charge sheet is incomplete and also criticized the investigating team. The court has showed displeasure on the investigations earlier and also had advised the Team to have a detailed investigation. It is on January 24th 2011, Saseendran and his two sons Vivek (10) and Vyas (8) was seen hanging in their residence. Saseendran was the internal auditor of Malabar Cements.
