Kochi: On the petition from Saritha Nair,accused in Solar Case,the High Court asked for explanation from Ernakulam Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate N.V Raju.
The investigation is will be done by High Court Vigilance Registrar.Vigilance Registrar has asked the Addl.CJM to explain why the complaint raised by Saritha on 20th July while she was presented before the court,is not recorded then itself. It is the general practice to record the complaints from the accused that time itself by the Magistrate and take further steps.
But in this case the Magistrate took action on the written petition Saritha from Attakulangara jail, after a week.Ernakulam Police is inquiring on this petition.
