Thiruvanthapuram:  CPI (M) State secretary Pinarayi Vijayan claimed that the key accused Saritha Nairs statements has been sabotaged and the manipulations had taken place at various levels and the judicial probe is necessary. He also said that these should be included in the judicial probe to bring out the truth.

The CJM courts action against the advocate shows the manipulation. To restrict the legal adviser from the court is not in the history. Judiciary also has a part in sabotage of Saritha’s statement. He also questioned the action of a lower court directing the key accused to give her complaint directly to the court with out any immediate lawyer.

There are no provisions in law which permit the magistrate to conduct an interview with the accused after closing the doors of the court room. In order to sabotage Saritha’s statement so much of drama has been taken place. Earlier Saritha has already handed over a 20 page statement, but later it has reduced to four. He told the present developments would place the court under cloud.  In order to keep up Judiciary’s credibility, it is necessary that high court should get intervened to bring out the truth.

Before going to Delhi, the chief minister told that every one will hear good news the next day. The media also should have noticed that. This is the good news. CPI(M) General Secretary Pinarayi Vijayan said on  a press conference.
