Eventhough Ambujackshan’s childhood friend Shankar Das did not make his story into film , Listin Stephen is coming to help Ambujackshan. That too after eighteen years. The story of Ambujackshan. The film will be based on the story narrated by Ambujackshan , a self proclaimed novelist who wanted to make his story Chirakondinja Kinavukal’ into film which is from the 1996 released film Azhakiya Ravanan. This 1996 film Azhakiya Ravanan is scripted by Sreenivasan himself and directed by Kamal. It is also reported that in the new film also Sreenivasan will play the role of Ambujakshan .
Whenever you see the scene of Ambujakshan narrating the story ‘chirakodinja kinavukal’ of a tailor and his wife on the screen, in front of Shankar Das, whether it is in tv screen or big screen , it will definitely bring a smile on the face of the viewers.
In the film made by debutant Santhosh Vishwanathan, the role of the tailor would be played by Kunchacko Boban and Sumathy the love interest of tailor would be played by Rima kallinkal. Joy Mathew would play the role of Sumathy’s father. Murali Gopi also plays an important role in the film. The shoot of the film chirakodinja Kinakkal would be kicked off by November 17th.
The main shooting location of the film would be Kerala , Pondichery and Karnataka.
The film will be produced by Listin Stephen under the banner of Magic Frames.
