The film Punyalan Agarbathis directed by Ranjith Sankar which got released last year was an effective social satire and got appreciated by the viewers. Now it is reported that the film is all set to get its sequel. But at the same time the director has not confirmed about this.
Ranjith Shankar is presently busy with the shoot of Mammootty starrer Varsham. The reports says that it is only after completing the present commitment the director will think about the new project.
The film which had Jayasurya and Nyla Usha playing the lead has given a beautiful visual treat to the cinema lovers. Jayasurya had portrayed the character of a businessman named Joy Thakkolkaran who started a incense stick factory with elephant dung as the raw material.
