Trivandrum: The crisis ridden state govt. is thinking of handing over the solar fraud case to the CBI. A private petition calling for a CBI enquiry into the solar scam is going to come up in the High Court tomorrow. In the meeting between the chief minister and the home minister yesterday they are reported to have decided not to oppose the petition in the High Court. If the case is left to the CBI with the consent of the govt. the present commotion created by the opposition may weaken to certain to a certain extent, thinks the ruling congress.
