In the recent days there were criticism against the superstars Mohanlal and Mammootty that they are only acting along with the young heroines. Earlier Mohanlal has given a fitting reply to these criticism by acting together with his old hit heroine in the film Drishyam. Not only that he has even acted along with Poornima Bhaghyaraj in the film Jilla. Actress Gauthami will be playing his heroine in the upcoming Yet to release Telugu film. Now one more actress is coming back to films as Mohanlal’s heroine. It is none other than Vimala Raman who is away from the industry for quite some time now. She would be playing the lead role in the upcoming big budget new film in which Mohanlal and Priyadarshan is teaming up . She was last seen in Malayalam film College Kumaran with Mohanlal.
Earlier the makers has considered Sanjitha Shetty of Soodhu Kavvum fame for this role. Mohanlal would be playing the role of a blind man in the film which is a crime thriller. The film revolves around a blind man, who accidentally become the witness of a murder and gets charged guilty for the crime. and later he himself set to find out the real culprit makes the crux of the story.
