Thiruvananthapuram: The government cannot go for enquiry against the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate who considered the petition filed by Saritha S Nair says Home minister Thiruvanchoor Radhakrishnan. Those who having complaint against the magistrate can approach the higher court says minister. In reply to the question from media he said home ministry is a good portfolio that is why others are asking for it.
BJP leader K.Surendran had filed a petition to High Court against CJM Raju against the orders of CJM on the recording of statement from Saritha. In his complaints he said, the CJM’s action preventing Adv.Fenni from recording the statement of Saritha is uncommon and by delaying the recording of the statement the opportunity to influence has been created .
